Privacy Policy — Korean Mahjong

This privacy policy explains how the Korean Mahjong mobile application ("the App") handles data.

What we collect

Data we collect ourselves

None. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information on our servers. We do not have servers — the App runs entirely on your device.

Game state (your hand history, rule settings, AI training data) is saved only on your device in local storage. It never leaves your phone unless you explicitly use the in-app "Share Training Data" button to export it.

Data collected by Google AdMob (advertising)

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob, which is part of Google. AdMob may collect the following to serve and measure ads:

• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier — you can reset or delete it anytime in your phone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS, or Settings → Google → Ads on Android)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, language, country)
• Approximate location derived from IP
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your phone's Settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" (App Tracking Transparency)
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

How we use data

We do not use your data. AdMob uses the data above to:

• Serve relevant ads
• Measure ad performance
• Prevent fraud

Data sharing

We do not share any data because we do not collect any data.

AdMob shares data with Google advertising partners as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

The App is rated for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. AdMob is configured to comply with COPPA and Google Families policies.

Your rights

Because we do not collect data from you, there is no data for you to request access to, modify, or delete from us. For data collected by AdMob/Google, please refer to Google's privacy controls:

Data retention

Game state stays on your device until you uninstall the App. AdMob data retention is governed by Google's policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent change.
